I’m delighted that we have now renewed our Gold Certified Partner status for the 5th consecutive year. This is the highest level of achievement offered by Microsoft to its business partners. Our reputation for providing reliable, cost-effective messaging and collaboration solutions is just one reason we have been awarded this highly prestigious Microsoft Gold Certified partner status, which allows us to clearly promote our technical expertise to our customers. 

This achievement is the result of a lot of hard work and continued focus. We have many employees who work hard to attain their Microsoft Certified Professional status; we’ve  surveyed our customers for the first time and are delighted to receive positive feedback; and  we have many new  customer references. We have also earned 3 Microsoft Competencies: Information Worker (portals & collaboration specialisation), Unified Communications (messaging specialisation) and Networking Infrastructure Solutions.

Simplify Migration to Microsoft’s Business Productivity Online Suite Standard

Applicable with our proven experience of migration, have joined with Quest Software to offer BPOS-S Cloud Kits to Lotus Notes customers migrating up to 15,000 users to Microsoft Exchange Online. This is a bundled software and services package, offered at a fix price per user, that simplifies pricing and streamlines migration and deployment. The package includes Notes Migrator for Exchange tool (NME), Quest MessageStats Report Pack, Quest license fee, and Applicable’s consulting and migration services to help customers realise the benefits of the move to BPOS from their legacy mail environment.

The Applicable Cloud Kit accommodates a variety of business and migration requirements including:

1) Pre-migration assessment of a customer’s existing environment and migration objectives

2) Coexistence period of software installation and BPOS integration

3) Migration of 6 months of mail and calendar data

4) A combination of on-site consulting work with remote migration services using the Quest MessageStats Report Pack for Lotus Notes and Notes Migrator for Exchange.

Microsoft Unified Communications Competency

Applicable are pleased to announce that, through the Microsoft Partner Program, we've successfully fulfilled the qualifications necessary to achieve the Microsoft Unified Communications competency. This certification is in recognition of Applicable's
experience and expertise in delivering unified communications and collaboration solutions and services based on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 to its customers. Applicable's experience, its
highly certified staff and strong relationships with leading vendors, has helped us to deliver excellent business outcomes for our customers.

Applicable Deployment Planning Services funded by Microsoft!
As early adopters of the program, Applicable now deliver all four Microsoft consulting engagements: Desktop Deployment Planning Services (DDPS), SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS), Exchange Deployment Planning Services (EDPS), and Business Value Planning Services (BVPS).
Basically, when a Microsoft customer purchases an Enterprise Agreement with software Assurance Benefits, you're allotted a number of these Packaged Services Days. These are consulting services days, fully funded by Microsoft, to help you address initiatives in your environment.
 
Using proven business and technical guidance, the program provides best practices and well defined results through 1, 3, 5, 10 or 15 day deployment planning sessions. The number of Packaged Service days you can receive is determined by a combination of the number of qualifying Office licenses and the number of Core CAL (Client Access License) Suites and Enterprise CAL Suites. So, no additional investment is needed to take advantage of this program.
 
These services act as an adoption accelerator to get Microsoft technologies deployed as quickly as possible. We conduct a number of different workshops to get the customer to the point where we can produce a deployment plan.
