UK, September 1st, 2009 Applicable, a managed service company providing collaboration, unified communications and social computing solutions, today announced financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended July 31st 2009. Applicable has started the year on a positive note with Q1 revenues increasing by 41% year on year* to £1.406M.
Applicable Sales Manager, Paul Mason stated, "After achieving record quarterly operating margins and earnings, our Q1 results came in considerable above plan. Although we had set expectations for a successful quarter, our analysis indicates that we delivered more projects in the corporate enterprise and mid-market accounts than in previous quarters".
Whilst Applicable's core service offerings around messaging (Domino and Exchange) have performed beyond expectations, the most significant increased has been within the Advanced Collaboration tool set (Quickr, Sametime, Connections, OCS and SharePoint). The key drivers behind this continued growth has been a result of a successful customer acquisition and retention strategy over the last four quarters. The key focus of this strategy has been to continually review and maturing the overall customer proposition to not only drive improved operational cost but also user efficiencies for our customers.
