COSCO have today confirmed that Applicable will be providing 24x7 remote support for COSCO's UK operations.
The support contract extends beyond the management of COSCO's IBM messaging and collaboration estate to include support for Windows Server, Active Directory, BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and VMWare platforms within the UK operation.
