The service is charged on a per user per month with either a 99.5% or 99.9% service-level agreement, with no minimum contractual term.

Applicable handles all the back-end and user administration, including 24x7 server monitoring plus backup and recovery.  Applicable's offering will also allow customers to use new or existing Lotus Notes applications and Sametime instant messaging and presence awareness.

The service and software resides on virtual machines which are completely isolated from one another. Applicable utilise our existing data centre infrastructure in Australia and the UK to host the platform. This service is an extension to Applicable's existing service management solution of "on-premises" and "dedicated" hosted platforms for IBM Lotus.
